At CARhymer Designs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or orders placed in error.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a return or refund review, the item must be in the condition it was received, and you must contact us within the required timeframe.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not charge restocking fees.
We do not accept returns on final sale items.
